This is becoming very popular in the UK having come over from the US. Whilst the portraits are designed to be flatteringly sexy, you choose to wear as much or as little as you like so that you are comfortable.

Boudoir - (noun) a woman's bedroom or private sitting room,
                 from the French verb bouder meaning "to pout".

So what is Boudoir Photography? Well, not many women in modern society have these grand spaces to pamper themselves, but the name is indeed derived from an era when a woman would set aside time to make herself look and feel beautiful.

Today, these are the types of moments that are recreated to bring out that natural beauty and glamour and offer the opportunity to explore your sensual and seductive side, whilst looking beautiful, sexy, confident and above all else, natural. The word Boudoir has been adapted as the style of photography has been developed. Today it can mean anything you want it to mean, but will normally take the form of a seductive intimate pose to more implied revealing images. It is best to think of our Boudoir Photography as a more sensual Portrait session.
